French Course Descriptions:

French 1:
(3 hours per week for 6 weeks)

This is a beginner-level French language course designed for students who have little or no prior French learning experience. Students are introduced to the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as to French culture. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to carry on basic conversations in the target language as well as read and write short passages using the structures learned. The topics in Leçon 1 - 5 of the textbook will be covered. By the end of this course, students who successfully complete French level 1 should be able to:

We offer French language private lessons. Private lessons are $80 per hour for 1 to 4 students. We will schedule lessons based on the availability of the student(s) and teacher. Start dates are flexible. Please register at least 2 weeks before your first lesson.
